  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: Items purchased beyond 7 days will not be refunded/exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Shipping: Return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made with your order.
  3. Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will issue you a return shipping label (if applicable).

Refund Process

  • Return Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm its condition and eligibility for a refund.
  • Refund Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if the item is returned in a damaged or incomplete condition due to reasons not caused by us.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense unless the item was defective or damaged.

Exchanges

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we offer exchanges at no additional cost. Please contact us at admin@qualityquestions.in to arrange an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds
